We want you to feel confident trying The Traveler. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
If The Traveler doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and all returns must include the product and all accessories.
How to Start a Return

We’ll reply with easy return instructions and the return address.

Ship your item back using the carrier of your choice.

Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund within 3–7 business days.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund under our guarantee:

Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery

All components (wands, hoses, lid, pump, etc.) must be included

The product should be in good condition with no signs of misuse or damage

Original packaging is appreciated but not required
Exchanges
If your Traveler arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.
Warranty Issues
If you experience any functional issues after the 30-day guarantee period, please reach out. We stand behind our product and will help troubleshoot or replace parts when appropriate.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to reflect on your statement.
