Thank you for purchasing a bidet with PortaBidets. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction.

Coverage

PortaBidets warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, PortaBidets will, at its discretion:

Repair the product at no charge,

Replace the product with a new or refurbished item of equal value, or

Provide a full refund of the original purchase price.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Defective internal components

Malfunctions under normal household use

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents

Damage caused by improper installation or use outside the intended purpose

Modifications or repairs by anyone not authorized by Portabidets

Cosmetic issues (scratches, discoloration, minor dents) that do not affect performance

Loss or theft

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one-year term of this warranty. PortaBidets is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.
