We want your PortaBidets to arrive quickly and safely. Use the options below to check the status of your order at any time.
✅ Option 1 — Sign In to Your Account (Fastest)
If you created an account at checkout, your real-time order status and tracking information are always available in your account dashboard.
- Sign in to your PortaBidets account
- Click Orders to view all your orders.
- Select your order to see its current status and tracking number.
- Click the tracking number or carrier link to view live carrier updates.
📧 Option 2 — Use Your Shipping Confirmation Email
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link. No account needed.
- Open the shipping confirmation email from PortaBidets in your inbox.
- Click the Track Your Shipment button or tracking number link.
- You'll be taken directly to the carrier's tracking page for live updates.
Tip: Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see the email.
📦 Fulfillment & Shipping Notes
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed.
- Tracking numbers are activated by the carrier once your package is scanned — it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to show live updates after your confirmation email arrives
